Our physiotherapy team is committed to helping you feel stronger, move better, and educate you about how you can keep yourself pain free and doing the things you love. During a 1-hour initial consultation, one of our registered physiotherapists will assess and measure various aspects of your health, mobility, strength and function, and will work with you to develop a plan to optimize your wellness. Depending on your current situation (recovering from an injury, just getting started back into exercise and looking for guidance, interested in injury prevention and performance enhancement, post-surgical, or other) you and your therapist will work together to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs.

Our physiotherapists believe in an active approach to therapy. Their extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning principals, methods, and programming allows them to create a rehab/strength training program tailored specifically to you. If indicated, they may use evidence-based manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and enhance the normal movement of the body. These techniques may include joint mobilization/manipulation, soft tissue release, and various hands on stretching techniques. Additionally, Drew and Nick are both certified in Functional Dry Needling which involves using acupuncture needles to reduce muscle tension and pain and to help improve range of motion.
